Capability Matrix — official sources per metric

Verified against the official Anthropic documentation (platform.claude.com, January 2026 era docs; re-verify on major releases). The application probes these endpoints on every sync and connection test ("Test connection & detect capabilities") and records per-category availability with the failure reason.

Which sources exist on which plan

Verified against the official documentation (platform.claude.com and code.claude.com, August 2026):

Source Team plan Enterprise plan Console (API) org
EA — Enterprise Analytics API ✗ “not available on the Teams plan” ✓ (Analytics key, primary owner) —
CC — Claude Code Analytics Admin API ✗ — (Claude Code activity comes via EA) ✓ (Admin key)
UC — Usage & Cost Admin API ✗ — ✓ (Admin key)
AD — Admin API users/invites ✗ ✓ members & invites only ✓
CSV — official export imports ✓ the Team plan's data path: the members analytics export (all members, all products, one file), plus the Claude Code analytics export and the spend report ✓ ✓

On the Team plan the application therefore runs key-less: select the plan under Settings → API Connections and import the official exports on the Sync & Audit page. See the API Key Setup guide.

Legend: EA = Claude Enterprise Analytics API (Analytics key) · CC = Claude Code Analytics Admin API (Admin key) · UC = Usage & Cost Admin API (Admin key) · AD = Admin API users/invites (Admin key) · CSV = official export import fallback

¹ Endpoint families documented for the Enterprise Analytics API whose record schemas vary by plan/rollout. The adapter parses them defensively (named entity + numeric fields) and capability probing decides whether the connected plan offers them; a 404 marks the category Unavailable — not offered on this plan and it is excluded from scoring denominators.

Authentication & mechanics (verified)

Aspect Value
Base URL https://api.anthropic.com
Auth header x-api-key: <key> (+ anthropic-version: 2023-06-01)
Enterprise Analytics rate limit 60 requests/min org-wide → client throttled to ~1.1 s/request
Pagination opaque cursors: has_more/next_page + page= param (analytics & usage/cost & CC); after_id/last_id (Admin users/invites)
Cursor rule cursors bind to their original query — the client keeps page queries identical
Money decimal strings / integers in cents USD → converted with Decimal (never floats)
Engagement freshness ~1-day lag; a 400 on a recent date means "not aggregated yet" — the sync stops cleanly at the last good day
Usage/cost freshness ≤ 24 h, revised up to 30 days → configurable re-fetch lookback
Analytics data floor 2026-01-01 (per official docs)

Explicit non-sources

Per policy and the product's design, the application never scrapes claude.ai, automates browser logins, intercepts traffic, or calls undocumented endpoints. When a category is unavailable, the UI says so and offers the official CSV import instead.
